    Personal Income Tax Papers last 3 yrs.
    Salary slips last 3 months /Appointment letter.

            valid Lease Agreement + P C C COPY
            Letter from company mentioning address

    Personal Last 6 month bank statement
    Leave letter from company
    For student school/ college Id card copy or Bonafide cert
    Hotel confirmation with tour itinerary + HOTEL INVOICE .
