• 3 Photos 35 x45mm white background 80% face size,
• Covering letter on business letterhead address to ‘Canadian High Commission’ New Delhi,
• Personal Copy of Income Tax Papers for last 3 yrs,
• Personal Bank Statement last 6 months,
• Hotel Confirmation
• Investment papers
• Sponsorship if visiting relatives or friends,
• sponsors Passport and Visa copy,
• Sponsors Bank statement last 6 month and Income Tax returns last 2 yrs
• Leave letter from Employer /school,
• Consent letter from Parents/Guardian if below 18 years and traveling alone.
• Children under 18 traveling without one or both parents or without a legal guardian must provide a notarized authorization for travel signed by both parents or by the parent or legal guardian not traveling. This authorization should be available for presentation at the Canadian Port of Entry.
