• 2 Photos (35 x 45 mm white background 80%face size),
• Covering letter must be signed by the signing authority with with company profile Name/      designation/ contact no. To be mentioned below signature, travel Dates should be mentioned and company seal mandatory.( address to Consulate General of Brazil, Mumbai) 
• Return Ticket with airlines stamp,
• Original A proper Invitation letter in Portugal language, mentioning CPNG no (brazil company ragsitration No.) [brief history about co. name of PAX and designation and purpose of visit with day to day schedule] Invitation letter should address to Consulate General of Brazil, Mumbai, and 1 copy in English with Notarized from Brazil.
• Outstation passports pls submit their original Residence Proof Telephone bill (Period should last month only)/ Electricity Bill (Period should last month only)/ valid Agreement
•  Personal Bank statement Original with bank seal and signature last 6 month
•  Personal Income Tax Last 3 Years with notarized and home ministry stamp.
• Hotel confirmation from Brazil on letterhead mandatory.

• **Covering letter / Invitation / Letter from Chamber of Commerce address to ‘Consulate General of Brazil, Mumbai. Required.

• confirmed return ticket with airlines stamp,
• Internet Hotel Booking with confirmation no. OR Original Hotel confirmation hotel in Brazil on hotel letterhead.
• If visiting relatives proof of stay Notarized by recognized firm in brazil with full details of invitee.& invitee passport copy 
• Personal Bank statement for last 6 month in original with Bank seal and Signature,
• Personal Last 3 years income tax papers notarized with home ministry stamp  
• Letter from employer stating leave granted .
• Interview with Consular Authority
• Hotel confirmation from Brazil on letterhead mandatory.
• Day to Day Itinerary from Brazil.
